Right now, we offer local delivery only to customers in the S, WF, and LS postcode areas. Just enter your postcode at checkout to see if you’re eligible. We’re working on expanding to nationwide pallet delivery, so keep an eye out!
Yes — local delivery is completely free (with a £45 minimum spend). You can also choose to collect your order from our Sheffield store at checkout if that’s easier for you.
We aim to deliver your order within 3–5 working days. Once your order is placed, we’ll be in touch to confirm a delivery day that suits you.
Not necessarily. If you’re not home, we’re happy to leave your order in a safe, accessible spot — just let us know in your order notes. For more secure deliveries, we recommend someone is present.
If you have a preferred delivery time or day, you can let us know in the order notes at checkout. We cannot guarantee that we will deliver at the requested day/time – but we will do our best and will always keep you updated.
