Firewood Delivery Information
At The Log Shop, we aim to make ordering and receiving your firewood as simple and stress-free as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how our firewood delivery works.
Free Local Firewood Delivery
We offer free local delivery to customers within the following postcode areas: S, WF, and LS. If you’re based in South Yorkshire, Hope Valley, West Yorkshire or Leeds, your order will be delivered by our team, usually within a few working days.
Our only condition is that your order total is at least £45.
Nationwide Pallet Delivery
If you’re outside our local delivery area, you’ll receive your firewood via pallet delivery. The cost of delivery will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your postcode.
Please make sure there’s a clear and safe space for our driver to unload.
To make sure your delivery goes smoothly, please be aware of the following:
- We need clear access for a large delivery vehicle
- Obstacles like trees, gates or parked cars can get in the way
- The drop-off point must be on a flat, solid surface (not soft ground or loose gravel)
- Narrow streets, tight turns or low bridges may prevent access
- If in doubt, include delivery instructions at checkout or contact us beforehand
We’ll always do our best to deliver safely and on time — but letting us know about any potential issues helps avoid delays or failed deliveries.
Coming Soon – We’re currently working hard to introduce nationwide pallet delivery. This service isn’t live yet, but we’ll share updates as soon as it’s ready!

If you have any specific delivery requirements, please include them in the order notes at checkout, or get in touch with us directly before placing your order. We’re happy to help and will do what we can to make sure your firewood arrives without any problems.
