Hotblocks are premium-quality wood briquettes made with care from 100% recycled clean wood. Each pack contains 24 dense, block-shaped briquettes formed under extreme pressure—without any adhesives, binders, or chemical additives.
Unlike many other briquettes on the market, Hotblocks are made from carefully screened wood waste. We avoid MDF, chipboard, and other contaminated or treated timber to ensure a cleaner, safer, and more efficient burn. The result is a briquette with moisture content below 10%, delivering high heat output and consistent performance.
Thanks to their solid, non-expanding block shape and compact design, Hotblocks don’t spit or swell during burning, making them ideal for wood burners, multi-fuel stoves, and open fires. They’re also easy to light, with a balanced blend of fine and coarse wood chips.

How to Use
Place a Hotblock on a bed of kindling or firelighter (such as our Hotblock Firelighters) and light as normal. Add more as the fire builds. Due to their density, one or two blocks can last a surprisingly long time.
